OHRSA was founded in 1985 in order to represent the collective interests of private sector home respiratory services in Ontario.
The Association has grown to become the dominant industry voice, representing 22 member firms - more than 90% of all service providers operating in Ontario and serving more than 22,800 clients annually. OHRSA has member representation in every region of the province.
Association members are varied in terms of their size and service capacity. They employ a variety of health care professionals in addition to related administrative, technical, financial and customer service personnel.
We are a strongly client-focused organization, and have embraced voluntary accreditation in order to obtain independent corroboration of patient care standards. All members are registered service providers with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
The organization is managed by a Board of Directors comprised of Association members. The current Directors are:
| Fred Barber | President |
| Joe Millage | Vice President |
| Michael Pohanka | Secretary/Treasurer |

| Jodie Evans | Director |
