I am Christy Carlyle and I would like to thank you for the wonderful customer service received from your Mississauga office.

A friend of mine was going to have chest surgery the first part of December. He has used a CPAP machine for the past few years and was definitely going to need it after his surgery. The day before his surgery he had carefully cleaned his unit and packed it up getting ready for his journey from Peterborough to Toronto. Unfortunately he forgot to pack the mask and hose connector. Upon arrival in Toronto they phoned me in a state of panic and asked if I could help.

I contacted VitalAire and actually got to speak to a live person. The people were great and assured me that they have the mask and connector that I required. Upon arriving they were able to find my friends file and provided the parts that I required. A very pleasant experience, and within 5 minutes I was on my way to the hospital.

I arrived just prior to his surgery and received a large smile and sigh of relief as he could now use his CPAP again. He has since recovered and is doing well.
